Intrapreneurship programs can be structural—focused on new products or business models, or intrapreneurship programs can be cultural—focused on creating a culture of continuous innovation throughout your organization.

Your reasons for engaging in intrapreneurship and the type of intrapreneurship program that is right for you depend on your intentions and the outcomes you ultimately want to create.

Intrapreneurship can create continuous innovation, innovation coming from ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ALWAYS —but only if it is embedded within the culture.
